PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) IN Injeel (BIBLE NEW TESTAMENT)

Injil (Arabic: إنجيل‎) is the Arabic name for the Gospel of Jesus (Isa). This Injil is described by the Qur'an as a holy book which was revealed by Allah almighty to Prophet Jesus (Isa). The word Injil (Arabic: إنجيل‎) is mentioned twelve times in the holy Qur'an, it is also mentioned in Hadith and in the early Muslim documents. According to Muslim belief, the Bible (injel) was revealed to Jesus Christ (PBUH) by God. The name of Jesus Christ (Isa) is mentioned 25 times in the holy Quran. Prophet Muhammad is prophesied in at least 7 places in the Bible's New Testament which are as follow:

   1: Gospel of John   

The Gospel of John is the fourth of the four canonical gospels. It contains a highly schematic account of the ministry of Jesus (Isa).

1st Reference (John 14:16)

And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;

اور مَیں باپ سے درخواست کرُوں گا تو وہ تُمہیں دُوسرا مددگار بخشے گا کہ ابد تک تُمہارے ساتھ رہے۔

2nd Reference (John 15:26)

But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Sprit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me.

لیکن جب وہ مددگار آئے گا جِس کو مَیں تُمہارے پاس باپ (خدا) کی طرف سے بھیجُوں گا یعنی روحِ حق جو باپ سے صادر ہوتا ہے تو وہ میری گواہی دے گا۔

3rd Reference (John 16:07)

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 

لیکن مَیں تُم سے سچ کہتا ہُوں کہ میرا جانا تُمہارے لِئے فائِدہ مند ہے کیونکہ اگر مَیں نہ جاؤں تو وہ مددگار تُمہارے پاس نہ آئے گا لیکن اگر جاؤں گا تو اُسے تُمہارے پاس بھیج دُوں گا۔

4th Reference (John 16:08)

And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgement:

اور وہ آ کر دُنیا کو گُناہ اور راستبازی اور عدالت کے بارے میں قصُوروار ٹھہرائے گا۔

5th Reference (John 16:12)

I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot* bear them now. 

مُجھے تُم سے اَور بھی بُہت سی باتیں کہنا ہے مگر اب تُم اُن کی برداشت نہیں کر سکتے۔

6th Reference (John 16:13)

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

لیکن جب وہ یعنی رُوحِ حق آئے گا تو تُم کو تمام سچّائی کی راہ دِکھائے گا ۔ اِسلِئے کہ وہ اپنی طرف سے نہ کہے گا لیکن جو کُچھ (خدا سے) سُنے گا وُہی کہے گا اور تُمہیں آیندہ کی خبریں دے گا۔

7th Reference (John 16:14)

He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

وہ میرا جلال ظاہِر کرے گا ۔ اِس لِئے کہ مُجھ ہی سے حاصِل کر کے تُمہیں خبریں دے گا۔
