Prophet Muhammad in Atharvaveda: Book No. 20, Hymn 21, Mantra 06

PROPHET MUHAMMAD's battle mentioned in ATHARVA VEDA with english and roman sanskrit reference

Human being is the best creation of our Almighty and its being best over all other creatures is due to the intellect and free will which the creator has endowed them with.

Since this free will may be used in either way good or bad in this world, man needed divine guidance to carry on their affairs in this world so that they get success. For divine guidance to deliver to mankind, our Creator chose messenger from amongst the people from time to time.

As we know, the Quran and other religious books state that God sent many prophets on this earth for the guidance of mankind. Exactly in these religious books it is also written that God almighty will also send His last prophet named Muhammad to the land of Arabia.

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is mentioned in all the scriptures revealed on various prophets of that time and He was prophesied as to be the final one for the whole mankind according to God’s plan. In many scriptures like Torah (revealed to Moses (PBUH) and Bible to Jesus Christ (PBUH), the name of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is clearly mentioned as He will be the final one to come. Even in Hindu scriptures such as Puranas and the Vedas, the name of the Prophet Muhammad and the events of his life are clearly mentioned.

Here at bawatonishah.blogspot.com we will present to you a prediction about one of the battles of Prophet Muhammad which is known as Battle of Ahzab or the Battle of Allies/Trench is mentioned in Atharvaveda: Book No. 20, Hymn 21, Mantra 06.

The Atharva Veda (Sanskrit: अथर्ववेदः, Atharvavedaḥ from atharvāṇas and veda, meaning "knowledge") is the "knowledge storehouse of atharvāṇas, the procedures for everyday life". The Atharvaveda was likely compiled as a Veda contemporaneously with Samaveda and Yajurveda, or about 1200 BC - 1000 BC. The Atharvaveda is composed in Vedic Sanskrit, and it is a collection of 730 hymns with about 6,000 mantras, divided into 20 books. As we know that Atharva Veda book was written in Verdic Sanskrit language So,  first of all we quote verses/shlokas in original Sanskrit and then translated it into English.

"té tvā mádā amadan tā́ni vŕ̥ṣṇyā te sómāso vr̥trahátyeṣu satpate
yát kāráve dáśa vr̥trā́ṇy apratí barhíṣmate ní sahásrāṇi barháyaḥ"
